Labour's Budget for Jobs

Labour's budget for Calderdale proposes a Council tax freeze in 2010-11, but still invests over one million pounds in jobs, training and employment support.
Labour is the only group on the Council who are making investment in jobs and training a priority. Yet surely this is the biggest challenge facing local people; surely the Council has a responsibility to do all we can to help our communities through difficult economic times?
